In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will promptly respond to notices of alleged infringement reported to Falcon TV+’s Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through Falcon TV+ by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. To do so, please provide the following information:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identify the material on Falcon TV+ that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
3. Provide your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email.
4. Provide a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Provide a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Include your physical or electronic signature.

Conclusion

We will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying with the DMCA, Falcon TV+ will act promptly to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the alleged infringer.
