Experiencing buffering, missing channels, EPG issues, or connection problems?
Most IPTV issues are not related to the subscription itself, but rather to the device, app, internet connection, or network settings being used.
Below is a complete troubleshooting guide to help you quickly resolve the most common issues.
1. Buffering or Freezing Issues:
Buffering is usually caused by internet, device, or app-related factors.
What to try:
- Restart your router and device
- Use a wired connection (Ethernet) if possible
- If using Wi-Fi, make sure signal strength is strong
- Close background apps running on your device
- Try a different IPTV app (some apps perform better than others)
- If using a VPN, switch locations (Europe or North America often work best)
- Customizing your subscription playlist is also highly recommended, sometimes the device / APP storage causes such issue, customizing your playlist enhances the app performance and make thing load fastly and also fixes buffering/ loading issues
đź’ˇ Tip: Paid VPNs usually perform better than free ones.
2. Channels Not Loading / Black Screen
If channels appear but won’t play:
- Refresh or reload your playlist inside the IPTV app, also consider customizing your playlist
- Clear the app cache and data – Both
- Restart the IPTV app
- Try another channel category to confirm the connection
- If the issue affects only specific channels, it may be temporary or app-related.
3. EPG (TV Guide) Not Showing
EPG issues are almost always related to the IPTV app, not the service.
Try the following:
- Manually update the EPG from inside the app
- Clear app cache and data
- Restart the app and device
- Ensure the correct EPG URL is enabled in app settings
- If using apps like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or Televizo, make sure they are updated to the latest version
- If the same issue occurs on multiple accounts using the same app, this confirms it’s an app-side issue.
4. VOD (Movies / Series) Not Loading or Download Errors
If movies or series won’t load, download, or give errors (such as Error 509):
- Streaming is supported; downloading content is not guaranteed
- Some servers block downloads to prevent overload
- VPN usage may cause access restrictions
- Try streaming instead of downloading
- Switch VPN location or temporarily disable VPN
5. Using Multiple Devices at the Same Time
Our service supports one device at a time per subscription.
If you connect on multiple devices simultaneously:
- The stream may disconnect
- Channels may fail to load
To use multiple devices, additional subscriptions are required.
6. App Compatibility & Device Issues
Different devices require different apps:
Firestick / Android TV: IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, Televizo
Apple TV: Requires App Store–compatible IPTV apps like GSE SMART IPTV (APK apps do not work)
Windows / Mac: VLC or IPTV apps from official sources
